Supply of Hybrid Seeds for 2027 Marketing and Sowing Seasons by Punjab Seed Corporation

Punjab Seed Corporation invites electronic bids from eligible local and international breeders, manufacturers, authorized suppliers and registered seed importers for supply of hybrid seed for the 2027 marketing by PSC and sowing seasons. The procurement shall be conducted through Open Competitive International Bidding using the Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended. Items being procured: - Hybrid Maize Seed (50 MT) - Hybrid Paddy Seed - Coarse Grain (20 MT) - Hybrid Sorghum-Sudan Grass (SSG) Seed (100 MT) - Okra (F1) Hybrid Seed (3 MT) - Bitter Gourd (F1) Hybrid Seed (0.2 MT) - Bottle Gourd (F1) Hybrid Seed (0.5 MT) - Brinjal (F1) Hybrid Seed (0.04 MT) The technical scope includes supply of high-quality hybrid seeds suitable for commercial cultivation and marketing in Pakistan. Each hybrid must be lawfully approved, registered, or enlisted for commercial cultivation and sale in Pakistan. Bidders must possess or demonstrate the required breeder, importer, and marketing authorizations. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and ATL, relevant experience, and submission of bid security as per lot requirements. Bidders may bid for one or more lots but must cover 100% of the quantity of each offered lot; partial-lot bids are non-responsive unless expressly permitted. Bids shall be submitted electronically on the Punjab e-Procurement System platform (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) on or before September 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
