Tender Description
The Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research (NSICT&R) Lahore invites e-Bids from manufacturers, sole agents, and sole importers of foreign principals engaged in trading for conversion including fabrication, branding, and provision of Medical equipment. The procurement is for Laptops and IT Accessories specifically for NSICT&R Lahore for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured:
- Laptops
- IT Accessories
Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments. The bidding documents containing detailed specifications and terms & conditions are available in English and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website and Punjab e-Procurement System portal as well as the Procuring Agency's website. The bidding process follows a single stage two envelope bidding procedure as per PPR-2014.
Bidders are required to provide 2% Bid Security of the estimated cost through the Bank of Punjab with the Technical Proposal. The e-Bids will be received and opened on 8th October 2026 at 11:00 am and 11:30 am respectively at the Committee Room, Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore. The bid validity is 180 days from the date of opening. Hard copies of e-Bids are not required.
Interested bidders should ensure compliance with FBR/ATL registration and relevant PEC categories if applicable. The procuring agency will not be responsible for any failure on part of firms to submit e-Bids due to technical or internet issues.
