Procurement of IT Equipment and Multimedia Production Equipment

The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department, through its Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit, invites qualified bidders for the procurement of IT equipment and multimedia production equipment in Lahore. This corrigendum updates the original tender IPL-9703 published on 16th and 18th September 2026 in The Nation and Jang newspapers and uploaded on the PPRA and Punjab E-Procurement System websites on 13th September 2026. Items being procured: - IT Equipment - Multimedia Production Equipment The procurement scope includes supply of modern IT hardware and multimedia devices suitable for departmental use and production activities. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications as detailed in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria have been revised: bidders must now have at least 1 year of relevant experience supported by 2 purchase orders, supply orders, award letters, satisfactory reports, or completion certificates. Additionally, bidders must submit last one year income tax return or annual audited reports as part of their financial documentation.
