Supply of Industrial Computers, Generators, Electrical Spares and Related Items for Kundian

A public sector organization based in Islamabad invites sealed tenders from reputable firms and dealers registered with the Sales Tax Department having their own offices and telephone/fax numbers. The procurement is for various industrial and electrical items to be supplied for Kundian. Items being procured: - Recharging Air-Time (Top-up) of Satellite Phone - Industrial Computers (Server) - Industrial Computers and LCDs - Machine Protection System Cards (Single Stage Two Envelope Basis) - LV Cables - General Consumables (Single Stage Two Envelope Basis) - System Racks (Industrial Distributors) (Single Stage Two Envelope Basis) - Gasoline Generators - Standard Solutions for Oil Analysis - General Purpose High Pressure Hoses - Gland Seal, Turbine Drain Lines Modification Material (Pipe with Accessories) (Single Stage Two Envelope Basis) - Flow Relays for WCP System - Switches, Push Buttons, Indication and Meters for 6kV Diesel Generators - Heat Shrink Sleeves & Termination Kits - Electrical Spares for Modifications - Control Component for WCP Equipment - Spares for Hotplate (Heating element etc) - Spare Parts of 6kV Circuit Breakers - Terminal Blocks and Connectors for LV Motors and Panel - Spares of Hydraulic Cylinder & Spares for WCP Hydraulic Butterfly Valve - Spares for Recirculation Valves of DFS System - Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve Actuator The technical scope includes supply of industrial computers, servers, generators, electrical spares, cables, and related consumables for Kundian. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope basis for certain items. Tender fees are Rs. 2,000/- for most items and Rs. 1,500/- for spares for hotplate. Tender opening dates range from 4th November to 10th November 2026. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on working days between 09:00 AM to 13:00 PM except weekends and holidays upon submission of a written request with the non-refundable tender fee in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order payable to Pr. Accounts Officer, P.O. Box No. 1553, Islamabad. Cash payments are not accepted. Tenders will be received up to 13:00 hours on the opening date and opened the same day between 13:30 to 14:30 hours in the presence of bidders who wish to attend. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules. This tender is also available on the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk.
