Supply and Installation of 50KW Hybrid Solar Power Systems at SSTEC Bhan Saeedabad and SSTEC Sehwan

Sukkur IBA University invites bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for the supply and installation of 50KW Hybrid Solar Power Systems at two locations: SSTEC Bhan Saeedabad and SSTEC Sehwan, both in Sukkur. The procurement follows a single stage two envelope procedure and is open to eligible and experienced firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), Income Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board as applicable. Additionally, a valid license from the Electric Inspector for Electrical Works (Hyderabad Region) is required. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and have an active taxpayer status. An average annual turnover as per FBR tax returns for the last five years equal to or exceeding the estimated cost is mandatory. Bidders must submit an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper declaring no litigation, blacklisting, or corrupt practices. Bid security of Rs. 250,000 per work is required in the form of pay order, deposit at call, demand draft, or bank guarantee favoring Sukkur IBA University. Manual bids will not be accepted.
