Tender Description
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner Mardan invites sealed bids from EPADS-registered, eligible, reputable, and financially sound firms, authorized dealers, or distributors for the supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 55-inch LED Video Wall Display System. This system is configured in a 3×3 (9-panel) matrix and includes an associated video-wall controller, Multi-View Video Wall Software, cabling, and mounting accessories. The procurement is intended specifically for the Office of the Deputy Commissioner located in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

The technical scope covers the complete setup and commissioning of the video wall system at the specified office premises. Bidders must ensure compatibility, quality, and full functionality of all components. The procurement process will be governed by the KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) Rules 2014 as amended, along with any applicable government directives.
Eligibility criteria include registration on the EPADS platform, financial soundness, and relevant experience. A bid security amounting to 2% of the total bid value must be submitted in the form of a CDR in favor of the Deputy Commissioner Mardan before bid opening. Bids without bid security will be disqualified.
Bidding documents are available on the KP-PPRA Web Portal and EPADS. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS before the deadline of 27-August-2026 at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will be rejected. Bid opening will occur immediately after the deadline in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
