Supply and Installation of 800 LED Tube Rods at Multiple NVROs in Gujranwala Division

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the supply and installation of 800 LED tube rods at multiple NVROs in Gujranwala Division. This procurement is aimed at upgrading lighting fixtures with energy-efficient LED tube rods to enhance illumination and reduce power consumption across various PSO locations in Gujranwala. Items being procured: - 800 LED tube rods, 4 feet in length - Installation services including removal of existing tube rods, installation at specified locations such as canopy fascia logo, blue bars, spreaders, tower logo, product plates, rate digit sets, wall logo canopy logo - Internal wiring and framework as per PSO drawings DWG S-004, DWG-RC-047, DWG-RC-022, DWG-RC-023 - Certified scaffolding services by PEC registered certifier/attester company The LED tube rods must meet specifications including Philips or equivalent approved brand, plastic body, 1200 mm thickness or above, 1600 lumens intensity or above, power rating between 10.5W to 16W max, color temperature 5000k to 6000k (white), color rendering index 70 or above, lifespan of 15000 hours or greater, minimum lux level of 2000 Lux (average), and operating temperature range from 10°C to 60°C. Bidders must comply with all tax regulations and provide documentary evidence for any tax exemptions. The scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning. The contractor is responsible for safety, provision of PPE, housekeeping, and adherence to PSO's HSE guidelines. Payment will be made based on actual quantities executed. PSO reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities and terminate the contract with 30 days notice.
