Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of AI Robotic Lab in CAIT Building at Aror University Sukkur

The Aror University of Art, Architecture, Design and Heritage Sukkur is procuring a comprehensive AI Robotic Lab for its CAIT Building located in Sukkur, Sindh. This procurement involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of advanced robotic and AI equipment designed to enhance educational and research capabilities in robotics and automation. The project demands high precision and integration of robotics with AI technologies, suitable for university-level robotics education and research. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and possess valid sales tax registration certificates. Experience in similar IT and robotics projects, particularly in the education sector, is mandatory. Bidders should also comply with the technical evaluation criteria, including OEM authorization and financial soundness, and must not be blacklisted by any government or non-government organization. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM in the Conference Hall of the Admin Block at Aror University Sukkur. The earnest money required is 2% of the estimated cost, submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the university. The contract completion period is four months from the issuance of the purchase order, with a six-month defect liability period.
