Tender Description
The Pakistan Air Force (PAF) invites qualified suppliers to participate in the procurement of air conditioning units and related equipment for various PAF bases including Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Masroor, Mushaf, Lower Topa, and Minhas. This procurement covers a range of items such as PTZ thermal cameras, CCTV cameras, air conditioners of various capacities, compressors, and related spare parts. The scope includes supply, installation, and commissioning of these units to ensure optimal climate control and security surveillance at the specified bases.
The technical scope involves the supply of high-quality air conditioners including split units, window ACs, and inverter ACs, along with compressors and other mechanical parts. The equipment must meet the specified standards and be suitable for the operational environment of military installations. Installation services must comply with PAF requirements and include testing and commissioning. The tender also includes supply of CCTV and thermal cameras for enhanced security.
Eligible bidders should be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying and installing HVAC and security equipment for defense or government institutions is preferred. PEC registration may be required for installation works. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be submitted as per tender instructions. Bidders should prepare both technical and financial bids in separate envelopes.
