Supply and Installation of Air Conditioners and Allied Material for CUI Lahore Campus

Comsats University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of Air Conditioners with installation and allied materials for its Lahore campus. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 under tender reference P104551. Items being procured include: - 16 units of 1 Ton T3 Air Conditioner (Haier, Orient, Pel, Gree or Equivalent) with installation - 31 units of 1.5 Ton T3 Air Conditioner with installation - 31 units of 2 Ton T3 Air Conditioner with installation - 4 units of 2 Ton Floor Standing Air Conditioner (Haier, Orient, Pel, Dawlance, Waves or Equivalent) with installation - 3 units of 4 Ton Air Conditioner with installation - 1000 meters of 10mm 4 Core Copper Conductor Cable - 2 rolls of 7/0.36 2 Core Copper Conductor Cable The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of inverter split air conditioners with specified BTU capacities, high-efficiency inverter compressors, eco-friendly refrigerants, and premium insulation. Installation includes MS brackets, PVC drainage pipes, control wiring, copper piping, and PVC ducts. Manufacturer warranties range from 3 to 12 years depending on component. Additional installation materials will be paid as per unit rates quoted. Eligibility requires bidders to be original manufacturers or authorized dealers with nationwide service centers including at least two in Lahore, and a minimum 10 years market presence in Pakistan. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with original bid security submitted physically to Comsats University, Defence Road, Lahore. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bidders should ensure compliance with all bidding document requirements, including bid security, manufacturer authorization, and warranty provisions. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory.
