Supply and Installation of 1.5 Ton and 2.0 Ton Air Conditioners at State Life Insurance Corporation Faisalabad Western Zone

The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan Faisalabad Western Zone invites bids for the supply and complete installation of Air Conditioners at their office located at 10-C, Aqsa Mall, Koh-e-Noor City, Jaranwala Road, Faisalabad. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the cooling and heating facilities with high-performance full DC Inverter Air Conditioners featuring advanced energy-saving technology and Wi-Fi control. Items being procured: - Air Conditioner 1.5 Ton with complete installation - Air Conditioner 2.0 Ton with complete installation The technical scope includes supply and installation of AC units with 22-gauge copper piping, GM or equivalent quality cables (110/76 and 7/36), iron/plastic stands for floor mounting, power plugs, 16 AMP and 32 AMP breakers, and proper duct patti installation ensuring neat and safe wiring. A mandatory site visit is required for all bidders to assess site conditions and prepare a detailed feasibility report including material quantities and installation plans. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN/STN registration, submission of company profile, experience certificates, managerial capacity, financial turnover proof, and relevant work experience. Earnest money of 3% of the estimated cost is required in the form of CDR/Pay Order. Evaluation will be based on technical and financial bids with a qualifying mark of 60 out of 100.
