Tender Description
Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) is inviting bids for the supply, installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of APMS Devices on Distribution Transformers along with allied materials and services. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to implement a complete end-to-end solution for transformer monitoring and management in Peshawar.

- Related Services for installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning
The scope includes supply of all necessary equipment and materials, installation at site, configuration of devices, thorough testing, and final commissioning to ensure operational readiness. The project is based in Peshawar and requires bidders to have relevant experience in electrical works and device installation in the power distribution sector.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). PEC registration in the relevant electrical category is required. Bidders should ensure their technical and financial bids comply with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Earnest Money in the form of original Bid Security and a covering letter must be submitted in a sealed envelope at Room No. 311, MM Directorate, PESCO Headquarters, Shami Road, Peshawar.
The last date for submission of e-bids on the EPADS v2.0 platform is Wednesday, August 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Interested suppliers are advised to register on the EPADS portal and review all tender documents carefully.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security (CDR or Bank Guarantee) is original and properly sealed with your covering letter to avoid rejection. Also, familiarize yourself with the EPADS v2.0 system well in advance to avoid last-minute technical issues.
