Frame Work Contract for Repair of Hardware, IT Equipment, Software, Machinery & Equipment, Furniture & Fixture and Transport

The Government of the Punjab Finance Department invites E-bids for a frame work contract covering repair services for hardware, IT equipment, software, machinery & equipment, furniture & fixture, and transport in Lahore. Bidders including firms, companies, sole proprietors, and general order service providers engaged in service provision with valid registration from relevant authorities such as Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax are eligible to participate. Items being procured: - Repair Transport (Multiple units) - Repair of Motorcycles (Multiple units) - Repair Machinery & Equipment (Multiple units) - Repair Furniture & Fixture (Multiple units) - Repair Hardware (Multiple units) - Repair Software (Multiple units) - Repair IT Equipment (Multiple units) The contracts will be awarded separately for each lot. Bidders must submit E-bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement system against each lot separately, following a single stage two envelope procedure. All bids must be accompanied by 5% bid security of the estimated price, deposited online through the Punjab e-Procurement System. The E-bid submission and opening date and time is 19th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
