Tender Description
Hyderabad Electric Supply Company (HESCO) invites qualified suppliers for the supply and installation of 8,600 Asset Performance Management Systems (APMS) along with related services. This procurement is specifically for installation on distribution transformers rated at 200kVA and 100kVA in Hyderabad, Sindh.
Items being procured:
- 8,600 Nos. Asset Performance Management System (APMS) units
- Related installation services for APMS on distribution transformers of 200kVA and 100kVA ratings
The technical scope includes supply of APMS devices designed for monitoring and managing the performance of electrical assets, particularly distribution transformers. Installation services will be conducted at transformer sites within HESCO's distribution network in Hyderabad. The project demands high-quality materials and adherence to technical standards to ensure reliable asset management and improved operational efficiency.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in supplying and installing electrical monitoring systems or similar equipment is essential. PEC registration in relevant categories is advantageous. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and CDR requirements will be detailed in the bidding documents.
The bid submission deadline is **28th July 2026 at 11:00 AM**. Bids must be submitted physically to the Chief Engineer (Development) PMU HESCO office located at Bungalow # A-1, HESCO Power Wing Colony, Hussainabad, Hyderabad. Electronic bid submission is not permitted. The bid opening will occur immediately after the submission deadline at the same address.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all technical and financial documents are complete and compliant with the amended bid validity period extending to 25th November 2026. Late submissions or incomplete bids will be rejected. Early preparation and thorough review of the bid documents will improve chances of success.
