Tender Description
The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Pvt.) Ltd located in Karachi is procuring services for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an Auto Swing Gate System as per the Bill of Quantities and terms and conditions specified. This procurement involves hydraulic arm gate openers suitable for gate leaves up to 500 KG, complete with control panels, safety accessories, remote controls, and mounting hardware. The scope includes installation, electrical works, alignment, fixing, configuration, testing, commissioning, operational checks, handover, and training of end-users for operation and basic troubleshooting.
Bidders must be reputed manufacturers, suppliers, or contractors who comply with the technical specifications and BOQ. They must not be blacklisted or under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices. Active registration with tax authorities and compliance with PSPC's Code of Conduct and HSE requirements are mandatory. A site visit is compulsory before bid submission to verify the actual scope.
The bid security is fixed at Rs. 38,000 and must be submitted in the form of a pay order, demand draft, or insurance guarantee from a PACRA AAA/AA++ rated company.
