Supply and Installation of Cage, Back Door, and Branding Sheet for Hyundai Porter & M9 Sherpa Vehicles for LPG Home Delivery Services

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites quotations for the supply and installation of vehicle cages, back doors, and branding sheets specifically designed for Hyundai Porter and M9 Sherpa vehicles used in LPG Home Delivery Services. This procurement is based in Karachi and aims to enhance the safety and branding of LPG delivery vehicles. Items being procured: - Vehicle Cage 9ft x 5ft x 3.5ft for Hyundai Porter Vehicle (Qty: 1) - Vehicle Cage 9ft x 5ft x 3.5ft for M9 Sherpa Vehicle (Qty: 2) The Hyundai Porter vehicle cage requires fabrication from 2"x 2" size close channels with a minimum thickness of 1/8", a rear gate lockable with durable hinges openable to 270 degrees, side sheets for logo branding of 16-gauge thickness covering the entire back cabin, and a floor reinforced with 5mm thick metal sheet along with 2" thick dry rosewood planks. Installation of a 12mm thick anti-slip rubber sheet with industrial-grade bonding adhesive is mandatory. J-hooks will be welded for securing LPG cylinders. All parts must be painted with two coats of enamel paint and one coat of red oxide in vehicle body color. Only new materials are acceptable, and PSO team inspection at the manufacturing premises is required before cutting. The M9 Sherpa vehicle cages are to be fabricated from 1" x 2" tubes with 14 gauge thickness, with a cage height of 2.13 ft from the back side of the cabin, including extendable top links with locking mechanisms. The rear gate must have a back door with three locks and durable hinges openable to 270 degrees. Side sheets for branding of 16-gauge thickness covering 500 mm height and 2730 mm length must be welded on both sides. Installation of the same 12mm thick anti-slip rubber sheet and painting requirements apply. New materials only, with PSO inspection before cutting. Contractors must comply with PSO's HSE requirements and provide commercial and sales tax invoices for payment processing. Completion is subject to inspection by PSO's Head Office team at the contractor's manufacturing facility. Drawings/sketches of the vehicles are attached. A penalty of 0.1% per day of delay on undelivered quantity applies, capped at 10% of the work order value.
