Supply and Installation of Ceiling at Hostel No. 1 Washrooms

The Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology in Topi, Swabi, is inviting sealed bids from registered firms for the supply and installation or replacement of ceiling at washrooms in Hostel No. 1. This procurement is specifically for ceiling works at the hostel washrooms, ensuring quality and durability suitable for institutional use. Items being procured: - Supply and installation/replacement of ceiling at washrooms in Hostel No. 1 The technical scope involves the complete replacement or installation of ceiling materials at the specified washrooms within the hostel premises. Delivery and installation will be made at the GIKI Institute site in Topi, Swabi. Firms must ensure compliance with quality standards and provide samples for each item before supply. The site conditions and scale require experienced contractors familiar with institutional building maintenance and ceiling works. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant authorities, valid FBR/ATL registration, and experience in similar works. Tender fees of PKR 3000 non-refundable and 2% bid security in the form of CDR must accompany the bid. The bid must be signed by an authorized representative and include all applicable taxes in the quoted price. The submission deadline is strictly on or before 28 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened at 11:15 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders at the office of the Director (Works & Projects), GIKI, Topi, Swabi.
