Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites bids from eligible manufacturers, suppliers, and contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for the supply, installation, and commissioning of 2 Observatory Elevators complete with the Destination Selection System for all two elevators at PSO House Karachi.
Items being procured:
- Observatory Elevators (2 Nos) with complete Destination Selection System
The technical scope includes supply and installation of modern elevators equipped with advanced destination selection technology to enhance operational efficiency and passenger convenience at PSO House. The project site is located in Karachi, Sindh.
Bidders must be registered with PEC in relevant categories, possess valid NTN, GST, and Provincial Sales Tax certificates where applicable, and be active taxpayers. Experience in similar elevator installation projects and financial soundness are essential. Earnest Money and bid security requirements apply as per PSO procurement rules.
Tender documents can be collected and submitted through the SAP Ariba portal from 2nd September 2026 to 17th September 2026 by 2:15 PM. The technical bid opening will be held on 17th September 2026 at 3:00 PM via SAP Ariba. Commercial bid opening date will be communicated later to technically qualified bidders.
