Supply, Installation and Configuration of Kiosk Machines for Health & Accidental Insurance Regional Office Islamabad

State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, Health & Accidental Insurance (H&AI) Regional Procurement Department Islamabad invites proposals for the supply, installation, and configuration of high-performance enterprise-grade KIOSK machines at the Data Center located on the 3rd Floor, State Life Tower, Jinnah Avenue, Islamabad. This procurement aims to support the Sehat Sahulat Program and Corporate Health Insurance initiatives by providing robust kiosk hardware and software solutions tailored to State Life's operational needs. Items being procured: - KIOSK Machines (10 units) - Allied accessories including transportation, commissioning, and installation services The kiosks must meet industrial standards ensuring high availability, maximum I/O throughput, future scalability, and remote management capabilities. Technical specifications include a heavy-duty 14-gauge powder-coated mild steel cabinet, 22" to 24" Full HD industrial touch display with PCAP multi-touch technology, Intel Core i3/i5 8th Gen or higher processor, minimum 8GB DDR4/DDR5 RAM, 256GB SSD storage, Windows 11 Pro 64-bit OS with valid OEM licensing, integrated A4 monochrome laser printer, dual-mode scanner supporting A4 documents and IDs, biometric optical USB fingerprint reader, integrated 2MP HD wide-angle camera for facial verification, gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity, complete hardware assembly, kiosk-mode software lockdown, on-site installation, testing, commissioning, and a minimum one-year comprehensive onsite hardware warranty. Eligible bidders must have at least five years of relevant business experience, be registered with tax authorities and on the active taxpayer list, not blacklisted by any government or private entity, and maintain a local office in Rawalpindi/Islamabad/Lahore. A bid security of PKR 500,000 in the form of pay order or demand draft in favor of 'SLIC H&AI PREMIUM COLLECTION ACCOUNT' is mandatory. Proposals must be submitted through EPADs by 30 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. The contract execution timeline requires delivery within 15 days of work order issuance and installation and commissioning within 15 days of delivery. A defect liability period of 90 days applies, during which vendors must resolve issues within 24 hours. Penalties apply for delays or non-compliance.
