Supply and Installation of Desktop Computers, Laptops and Printer at National University of Modern Languages Islamabad

The National University of Modern Languages Islamabad invites sealed tenders as per PPRA rule 36(A) through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADSv2.0) from well-reputed and GST registered firms for the supply and installation of Desktop Computers, Laptops and Printer in the Main Campus for the PSDP Project titled as 'Establishment of Bayt-ul-Hikmah at NUML'. Items being procured: - Desktop Computers - Laptops - Printer Tender documents including terms and conditions can be downloaded from the official EPADS portal. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Prospective bidders may contact PPRA Islamabad office for registration, training, and technical assistance. The submission deadline on EPADS is **5th Nov, 2026 till 1100 Hrs** and bids will be opened the same day at 1130 Hrs in the presence of available bidders. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security as mentioned in the tender document in the form of Bank Draft or Pay Order. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS while the original Bank Draft/Pay Order must be submitted physically along with the original sealed proposals. Payment of non-refundable tender fee amounting to **Rs. 15,000/-** in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order must also be submitted to the office of the undersigned with the bid. The University reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance without assigning any reason. This tender notice is also available on PPRA and NUML websites.
