Supply and Installation of Desktop Computers, Laptops and Network Printer for PSDP Project at National University of Modern Languages Islamabad

The National University of Modern Languages Islamabad invites bids for the supply and installation of desktop computers, laptops, and a network printer under the PSDP project titled 'Establishment of Bayt-ul Hikmah at NUML'. Items being procured: - Desktop Computers Branded (HP/Dell/Lenovo) Tower Casing or Equivalent, Intel Core i7 13th Generation or higher, 16GB DDR5 RAM (up to 32GB supported), 1TB SSD, FHD/4K 24'' LED Display, Keyboard and Mouse of same brand (3 Nos) - Laptops Branded (HP/Dell/Lenovo) or Equivalent, Intel Core i7 12th Generation or higher, 16GB DDR4 RAM or higher, 512GB SSD or higher, 15.6 inch Display, Carrying Bag (2 Nos) - Mac Book Air (Apple) M5 or higher, 15 inch Display, 16GB RAM, 512GB HDD, Accessories and Carrying Bag (1 No) - HP Printer All in One FDN or Equivalent, Printer+Copier+Scanner+Fax, Black speed up to 40ppm, Duplex printing, Scan and Fax ADF capacity 50 sheets (1 No) The technical scope includes supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the equipment at the Main Campus Islamabad. Warranty of at least one year is required with technical support and onsite fault removal within 24 hours during warranty. The successful bidder must maintain the equipment during warranty with 10% retention as security. Eligibility criteria include NTN/STN/Professional Tax registration, submission of earnest money in form of Bank Draft/Pay Order, non-blacklisting affidavit on Rs. 100 stamp paper, financial health proof with bank statements, and experience in relevant field. Tender fee of Rs. 15,000 is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 and also in sealed envelope to the office of Director Administration, Jinnah Block, by 5th November 2026 at 1100 Hrs.
