Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of fully equipped E-Libraries at designated sites within Larkana, issued by the District & Sessions Court, Larkana. The procurement covers hardware including Core i5 13th Gen computers, printers, LED smart TVs, routers, furniture, internet services, and law-site subscriptions, ensuring a comprehensive digital setup for judicial and bar association use.
The scope involves delivering and installing high-quality IT equipment and furniture, with a focus on durability and performance. The sites are located in Ratodero and Dokri courts and the Bar of Ratodero, requiring careful coordination for installation and commissioning. The project demands adherence to technical specifications, including warranty and after-sales support, to maintain operational efficiency in a judicial environment.
Bidders must comply with PEC category requirements and maintain active FBR/ATL registration for the financial year 2025-26. The tender mandates submission of a 2% bid security and a 5% performance security post-award. Experience with similar contracts and an average annual turnover of at least PKR 3 million are essential to qualify. The procurement follows Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended), ensuring transparency and fairness.
