Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority Karachi invites sealed bids from reputed firms registered under Income Tax and Sales Tax Act for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of semi imported elevators with accessories and cabin at DHA Mall, Khayaban-e-Bukhari Phase-VI DHA Karachi on turnkey basis. Items being procured:
- Semi imported elevators with accessories and cabin (quantity 04)
This procurement involves comprehensive technical scope including supply of semi imported elevators, their installation, testing and commissioning at the specified site in Karachi. The project requires firms capable of delivering turnkey solutions ensuring full operational functionality of elevators at DHA Mall. Bidders must be registered manufacturers or suppliers with valid FBR registration and must comply with all tax regulations. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure (Technical and Financial) ensuring transparency and competitiveness.
Bidding documents along with technical specifications can be obtained from the Procurement Directorate DHA Head Office upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable bid document fee of PKR 5,000 via pay order in favor of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority. Sealed technical and financial proposals must be submitted by 22 July 2026 at 1030 hours. The bids will be opened on the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained. DHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under existing rules and regulations.
