Supply and Installation of G.I Pipes with Accessories for Heating Pipes Replacement in Boys Hostel-01

This tender invites sealed bids from registered firms for the supply and installation of G.I Pipes along with accessories for the replacement of the heating pipes system in Boys Hostel-01 at Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Topi, Swabi. Items being procured: - G.I Pipes - Accessories for heating pipes system replacement The scope includes delivery and installation of the specified G.I Pipes and accessories at the GIKI campus in Topi, Swabi. The replacement work targets the heating pipes system in the Boys Hostel-01, ensuring improved heating infrastructure. Firms must provide samples for each item before supply, and the quoted price should include all applicable taxes as per government rules. Interested bidders must submit their sealed bids as per the format available on the GIKI website. The bids must be delivered to the office of the undersigned on or before 28 July 2026 at 11:00 AM. Late submissions will be rejected. The bids must be signed by an authorized representative and accompanied by a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3000 and a 2% bid security in the form of a CDR. Payment will be made within 2-3 weeks after acceptance, subject to tax deductions. The proposals will be opened at 11:15 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders. The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without liability. Firms should ensure their bids remain valid for 15 days from the closing date.
