Supply and Installation of IT, Allied Equipment, Machinery and Office Furniture

The Excise Taxation and Narcotics Control Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Peshawar invites quotations under ADP No.220842 for a GIS based Property Tax Survey in Districts Charsada, Swabi, Mansehra and Haripur. The procurement is for the supply and installation of IT, allied equipment, machinery, and office furniture to support this survey. Items being procured: - IT Equipment - Allied Equipment - Machinery - Office Furniture The scope includes supplying quality IT and allied equipment along with machinery and office furniture suitable for the GIS based survey project. Bidders must ensure all items have online verifiable part numbers and provide after-sale services with a local office in Peshawar. The procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through the EPADs e-procurement portal. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered entities under Federal or Provincial Registration Acts, with valid income and sales tax registration and active NTN status on the FBR tax payer list. A 2% bid security in the form of Demand Draft, Banker Cheque, or CDR in favor of the Additional Secretary Excise Taxation & Narcotic Department is mandatory.
