Tender Description
The 22 MW Jagran-IV Hydropower Project located in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir, is procuring IT peripherals and allied office equipment. This procurement is managed by the Project Director of the hydropower project and involves supply and installation of various IT and office-related items to support project operations.
The technical scope includes supply and installation of IT peripherals such as computers, printers, and other allied office equipment necessary for efficient project management. Bidders must demonstrate proof of similar work experience to qualify. The bidding documents can be obtained from the Project Director’s office upon submission of a written application on company letterhead and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 up to 25th May 2026 during office hours. A bid security of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank of Pakistan is mandatory with the bid submission.
Eligible firms should be registered with FBR and ATL and have relevant experience in supplying IT and office equipment. The bids must be submitted by 26th May 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Project Director’s office located at Searbean House, Main Western By-Pass Road, Near Saif Plaza, Gojra, Muzaffarabad. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that the Earnest Money in the form of CDR is correctly issued by a scheduled bank and submitted along with the bid to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully prepare the technical bid to clearly demonstrate relevant experience and compliance with the tender requirements. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance security equal to 10% of the accepted bid price before contract signing.
This tender offers a valuable opportunity for suppliers specializing in IT peripherals and office equipment to engage with a significant hydropower project in Azad Jammu & Kashmir. Timely submission and adherence to all procedural requirements are critical for success.
