This procurement is managed by the Information Technology Division of Sindh Bank Limited, located at Federation House, Abdullah Shah Ghazi Road, Clifton, Karachi. The tender is open to all eligible bidders registered with relevant tax authorities and compliant with Sindh Procurement Authority Act-2010 and Rules. Items being procured:
- Supply & Installation of Microsoft Office 2024 or the latest version (Standard) (CSP Preputial) - 150 Licenses
The scope includes original and genuine licenses with a mandatory one-year license, warranty, and 24/7/365 on-site support, extendable at the Bank's discretion. The warranty period starts from the date of the Completion Certificate issued by the Bank. The bidder must also provide licenses for all associated/supporting tools. After the warranty, a three-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) will be entered for maintenance and support services. The quoted solution must have an end of life beyond five years at the time of submission. Delivery time is within 3 to 4 weeks.
Eligibility criteria include NTN, GST, and Sindh Revenue Board registration, valid Manufacturer Authorization Certificate, and compliance with technical specifications. Bidders must not be blacklisted and must have relevant experience and financial stability. The bid security is 5% of the contract amount. Bids must be submitted online via the e-Procurement System (EPADS) by 29.07.2026 at 11:15 AM, with opening at 11:45 AM the same day at Sindh Bank Head Office. The submission must include all required documents and comply with the evaluation criteria.
A pre-bid meeting may be held at Sindh Bank Head Office upon prior appointment for clarifications. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid technical issues. The Bank reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. The bidder should ensure timely delivery and installation to avoid penalties.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documents, including the Manufacturer Authorization Form and affidavit on blacklisting, are complete and submitted as per instructions. Early submission on EPADS is recommended to avoid last-minute technical glitches.
