Tender Description
The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, headquartered in Karachi, Sindh, is procuring a new high-end multimedia projector for its Principal Office located at State Life Building No. 9. This procurement involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a laser projector with advanced features including 3LCD 3-chip projection technology, minimum 7,000 ANSI lumens brightness, WUXGA resolution, and compatibility with 4K UHD input signals. The scope also includes a motorized projector screen, universal mounting kit, wireless presentation remotes, and a comprehensive two-year warranty covering parts, service, and after-sales support.
The technical requirements specify detailed hardware and installation services such as cable routing, system testing, and on-site training for auditorium staff. Bidders must submit separate technical and financial proposals through the EPADS system, accompanied by a bid bond of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a bank draft or pay order. The evaluation will be based on technical compliance, financial standing, experience with projector deployments, and OEM certified engineers. Vendors must have operated in Pakistan for at least 10 years with offices in three major cities.
The tender demands compliance with FBR/ATL registration and requires bidders to provide audited financial reports and client references. The bid validity period is 90 days from the opening date. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance guarantee of 3% of the bid value and execute a formal agreement within 15 days of award. Delivery and installation must be completed within one month of the work order issuance.
Bidders should carefully prepare their technical proposals to avoid disqualification and ensure all required documents are submitted timely. A practical tip for bidders is to thoroughly review the technical specifications and provide detailed conformity evidence in their proposals to maximize their technical evaluation score. Submission deadlines and bid opening dates will be communicated via the EPADS system. This tender offers a significant opportunity for qualified suppliers to engage with a leading insurance corporation in Karachi with clear terms and conditions outlined for a smooth procurement process.
