The State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan invites bids for the supply, installation, commissioning, and net metering of a 30KW on-grid solar system at the State Life Building on Minara Road, Sukkur. Tier-1, Grade-A, 610W to 625W Monoperc Half-cut HIMO6 N-type solar panels (Longi/Jinko/Canadian or equivalent) - 1 No. 30KW on-grid inverter (Sungrow/Huawei/SMA or equivalent) - 1 No. WIFI Stick with communication devices - 60 Mtr. 16mm2 4-core copper AC cable - 180 Mtr. 6mm2 copper earthing wire - 1800 Mtr. 6mm2 DC flexible wire 1500VDC - 90 Mtr. 2.5mm2 copper earthing wire - 180 Mtr. 25mm2 copper earthing cable - 180 Mtr. 10mm2 copper earthing wire - Elevated structure with specified MS pipes, girders, plates, clamps, and epoxy paint - Cemented civil pads for PV roof mounting - 3 Job Earth electrodes (14mm dia, 3m long copper rods with accessories) - 1 Job 16 gauge IP-42 AC combiner box with MCCB, SPD, energy analyzer, and phase indication lights - 1 Job wall-mounted DC distribution boxes with breakers, SPD, volt and ammeter - 1 Job miscellaneous items including cable trays, connectors, conduits, clamps, tapes - 1 No. Early Streamer Emission (ESE) lightning protection system - 1 Job water piping network with booster pumps and cleaning brushes - 1 Job installation, commissioning, net metering services including NEPRA and WAPDA meter charges - 1 Job spares The technical scope includes supply of Tier-1 solar panels and inverters meeting international standards, installation of elevated mounting structures, earthing systems, combiner and distribution boxes, lightning protection, and water piping for panel cleaning. The contractor will also provide operation and maintenance manuals, training for four nominated officials, and a one-year service level agreement covering preventative and corrective maintenance including cleaning thrice monthly. Eligibility requires PEC registration in EE-04, EE-05, EE-11 categories, valid NTN, GST, ATL registration, and non-blacklisting affidavit. Bidders must submit bid security of Rs. 150,000 in the form of a pay order.
