Supply Installation Commissioning Maintenance of Radiology Equipment Portable Ultrasound Echocardiography System

The Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab (IDAP) invites qualified suppliers and contractors to participate in the procurement for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of radiology equipment specifically a portable ultrasound and echocardiography system. This procurement is for the establishment of the Federal Government Polyclinic (PGMI)-II located at G-11/3, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Portable Ultrasound System - Echocardiography System This tender covers the full technical scope including delivery, installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of the specified radiology equipment at the designated site in Islamabad. The procurement is governed by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules 2004, amended to date, ensuring transparency and compliance. Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPADS system of PPRA and should have relevant experience in supplying and maintaining medical imaging equipment. FBR registration and an active ATL status are mandatory. The estimated cost of this procurement is bold PKR 30 Million, with a bid security of PKR 600,000 required. The bidding procedure is Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE). The deadline for submission of technical and financial proposals on EPADS is the 28th of July, 2026, no later than 03:00 PM. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Proposals submitted through any other mode will not be considered. In case the last submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure timely registration and submission on the EPADS portal, as late or offline submissions are strictly rejected.
