The Karachi Water and Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC) invites qualified contractors to participate in the procurement of multiple sewerage and water supply works across Karachi. This tender covers a comprehensive range of civil and mechanical works aimed at improving the city’s water and sewerage infrastructure. Items being procured: - Sewerage main works including installation and rehabilitation of sewer lines - Water supply main works including installation and rehabilitation of water pipelines - Specific works under Sewerage Main Works section (18 line items with PEC categories C-5 and C-6, estimated costs ranging from PKR 13.5 million to PKR 41 million) - Specific works under Water Supply Main Works section (6 line items with PEC categories C-5 and C-6, estimated costs ranging from PKR 18 million to PKR 27.3 million) - Sewerage Main Works with detailed pipe diameters and RCC work (8 line items with PEC categories C-5 and C-6, estimated costs ranging from PKR 1.6 crore to PKR 3 crore) - Water Supply Main Works with detailed pipe diameters and RCC work (2 line items with PEC category C-5, estimated costs PKR 3.6 crore and PKR 4.6 crore) The scope includes installation of sewer and water mains, rehabilitation of existing infrastructure, and related civil works. The projects are spread across various zones of Karachi and require contractors to have PEC registration in categories CE-09 and CE-10. Contractors must be registered with FBR and ATL and have at least five years of relevant experience in similar works. Earnest Money in the form of CDR is required as per the tender documents. The tender documents can be obtained from the KW&SC office located at Korangi, Karachi. The last date for submission of bids is **21st August 2026** by 3:30 PM, with technical bids opening at 3:30 PM on the same day. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed terms and conditions, including compliance with the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules and submission requirements.
