Supply & Installation of 180 KW On-Grid Solar System and Interior Decoration Items at Govt. College of Technology Sundar Industrial Estate Lahore

The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites active Tax bidders registered on Punjab e-Procurement system and with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments to submit encrypted electronic bids for supply and installation at Govt. College of Technology, Sundar Industrial Estate Lahore. Items being procured: - Supply & Installation of 180 KW On-Grid Solar System - Supply & Installation of Interior Decoration Items The scope includes full supply and installation of a 180 KW solar system and interior decoration works at the specified college site. Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under category C-6 or above with project codes EE-11 & EE-06, and also registered with FBR and PPIB appropriate categories. Bidding documents are available free of cost on www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online via Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 10:30 A.M on 31-10-2026. The technical and financial bids will be opened as per schedule. Bid security of 5% is required as per package details. Income/Sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the bids. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid technical issues. Only accumulative rates for the whole tender will be considered for evaluation. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
