Supply and Installation of Solar Panel System at BOP Branches and Allied Offices

The Bank of Punjab invites technical and financial bids from well reputed organizations and companies for the supply and installation of Solar Panel Systems at BOP Branches and Allied Offices across its network. This procurement is conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Process to ensure transparency and competitiveness. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of Solar Panel Systems at BOP Branches and Allied Offices Bid documents are available immediately at the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded and submitted exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 01-10-2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date/time to be announced. Bid security at 2% of the estimated cost must be paid digitally via 1Link or Bank Guarantee options through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Prices quoted must include all applicable taxes and delivery charges. Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are mandatory with the bids. This tender notice is also uploaded on the PPRA and BOP websites. The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in the submission of bid documents. For complaints, customers may use SBP's 'Sunwai' service at https://sunwai.sbp.org.pk.
