Supply & Installation of Solar System for Govt College of Technology Rawalpindi

The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites bids under Single Stage Two Envelope national competitive bidding procedure for the Supply & Installation of Solar System at Govt College of Technology, Rawalpindi. The project involves installation of a 110Kw inverter with 70 Kw Solar Panels. Items being procured: - Supply & Installation of Solar System for GCT, Rawalpindi - 110Kw inverter - 70 Kw Solar Panels Bidders must have valid enlistment/registration from Pakistan Engineering Council PEC (2026-27) in category C-6 or above, registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, and be on the PPIB appropriate category for Supply & Installation of Solar System. Bidding documents are available free of cost on www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and must be submitted online via Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk before 11:00 AM on 28-09-2026. Manual bids will not be accepted. Earnest money/bid security of Rs. 474,064/- (5% of estimated cost) must be submitted via 1 Link/Online bank transfer through PSID generated on Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders are advised to upload bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. Income and sales tax registration certificates and other required documents must accompany the bids. The bid opening will be held on 28-09-2026 at 11:30 AM at the Principal Govt College of Technology, Rawalpindi. Only cumulative rates for the whole tender will be used to determine the lowest evaluated bidder.
