The generator set shall be complete with all accessories, control wiring, interlocks, and foundation works. The contractor is responsible for site inspection, coordination with civil works, and compliance with Pakistan Electricity Rules and relevant British Standards. The defect liability period is twelve months with maintenance visits every alternate month and emergency call visits. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration in the electrical contractor category, active FBR/ATL registration, GST, SST, NTN certificates, ISO 9000 certification, and a minimum bank balance of 3 to 5 million PKR over the last two years. Authorized dealership or OEM certification is mandatory. Earnest money of Rs. 86,000/- in the form of pay order or bank draft is required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the e-PADS portal by 21st September 2026 at 11:00 am. Late or offline submissions will not be considered.
