Tender Description
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Mechanical Division-II Islamabad invites bids for the repairing and replacement of defective parts of a generator installed at Judges Enclave Islamabad. This procurement involves detailed repair and servicing work to ensure the generator's optimal performance and reliability.
Items being procured:
- Replacement of defected part Generation Control System (GCS) model No. QXS 1500 (1 Job)
- Repairing/Servicing of Diesel Injectors of 500 KVA Diesel Generator (1 Job)
- Repairing of Activators including complete testing (1 Job)
- Testing and commissioning of replaced and repaired parts (1 Job)
The scope includes replacement of the generation control system, servicing diesel injectors, repairing activators, and final testing and commissioning under the supervision of the Engineer Incharge. Contractors must ensure all replaced parts come with a one-year free replacement warranty.
Eligible bidders should be registered with FBR and ATL, possess relevant PEC categories, and submit earnest money of Rs. 30,270/- as call deposit. Tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Deputy Director Mechanical Division-II CDA Islamabad. Bids must be submitted in sealed covers and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the specified date in the office of the Deputy Director.
The CDA reserves the right to distribute work among multiple contractors and reject any or all bids without assigning reasons. Bidders are advised to carefully review all tender conditions and avoid additional stipulations that may lead to rejection.
