Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of On-Grid Solar System and Net Metering 450 KW Solar System

The Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA), Karachi, is inviting reputed firms for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and net metering of an On-Grid Solar System with a capacity of 450 KW at the DA Club Karachi. This tender is specifically for AEDB-approved firms registered under the Income Tax and Sales Tax Acts. The project involves the complete setup of a solar power system including all necessary equipment and net metering integration to ensure efficient energy management. The technical scope includes the provision of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, wiring, and all associated electrical and mechanical works required for a fully functional solar power system. The installation site is at the Defence Authority Club in Karachi, Sindh. The project demands high-quality materials and adherence to AEDB standards for renewable energy systems. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and have approval from the Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB). Experience in similar solar power projects and valid certifications are essential. The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Director Procurement, DHA Head Office Karachi, upon submission of a written request and payment of a non-refundable bid fee of PKR 5,000 in the form of a pay order favoring Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority. The technical bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes and delivered to the undersigned office half an hour before 1100 hours on 15 July 2026. The technical bid opening will take place on the same day at 1100 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids will be opened later and bidders will be informed accordingly. The Executive Director (Procurement) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules and regulations.
