Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of CCTV Surveillance System

Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology (GIKI) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage - One Envelope Procedure from reputed manufacturers, firms, suppliers, and authorized dealers registered with the relevant tax authorities and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. The procurement is for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a CCTV surveillance system at the hostels of GIKI in Topi, Swabi. Items being procured: - Bullet Cameras - UPS - Camera Cage - Power Supply - 24" LCD - Other items & accessories with installation The detailed terms and conditions can be obtained from the GIKI Admin Block Room # F-12. The tender fee is non-refundable Rs. 2,000. Bidders must submit sealed bids along with a 2% earnest money on the total bid cost. The bids should reach on or before 1200 Hours on August 26, 2026. Proposals will be opened at 1230 Hours on the same day in the presence of available bidders. No advance payment will be made to any bidder. The institute reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel the bids/tender at any time before awarding the contract without assigning any reason or liability to the tenderers. The decision of the institute shall be final. Eligibility includes registration on ATL, relevant experience, and submission of earnest money. Bidders should ensure timely submission and compliance with all tender requirements.
