Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Support Services for CIR Connectivity in Azad Jammu & Kashmir

The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Electricity Department (AJKED) invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and support services for CIR (Uncompressed & Unshared) connectivity across multiple locations in Azad Jammu & Kashmir. This procurement is specifically for Fiber/Wireless connectivity links with bandwidths as specified for each site. Items being procured: - PITC (WAPDA House Lahore) Aggregate link with bandwidth to be decided by the MPLS Vendor - Muzaffarabad link with 02 Mbps bandwidth - Rawalakot link with 02 Mbps bandwidth - Mirpur link with 02 Mbps bandwidth - Kotli link with 02 Mbps bandwidth The scope includes providing connectivity from the eligible firms registered with FBR/Inland Revenue Department AJ&K and active on the Taxpayer List. The technical scope covers supply and installation of CIR connectivity links, testing, commissioning, and ongoing support services at computer centers located in Muzaffarabad, Rawalakot, Kotli, and Mirpur. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with FBR/Inland Revenue AJ&K and active on the Taxpayer List. Bid security of Rs. 300,000 in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft is mandatory, valid for at least 150 days from bid opening. Bidders must quote rates inclusive of General Sales Tax and all prevailing taxes in AJ&K. Bidding follows the Single Stage One Envelope Bidding Procedure as per AJK PPRA Rules 2017. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Director General Commercial Electricity Muzaffarabad upon payment of Rs. 2000 (non-refundable) until 02-11-2026 during office hours. Completed bids must reach the office by 10:30 AM on 03-11-2026. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Blacklisted firms are prohibited from participation. Incomplete or conditional bids and those with cutting/overwriting without authentication will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any bid as per AJK PPRA Rules 2017.
