Provision of VSAT Bandwidth to Micro Seismic Monitoring Network of Diamir Basha Dam Project

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids from qualified service provider firms for the provision of VSAT bandwidth to support the Micro Seismic Monitoring Network of the Diamir Basha Dam Project. This contract is for a period of one year and requires bidders to be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), possess a valid NTN and STRN, be licensed by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), and registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Items being procured: - Provision of VSAT Bandwidth for Micro Seismic Monitoring Network The scope includes supplying reliable VSAT bandwidth services to ensure continuous and effective seismic data transmission from the Diamir Basha Dam Project site. The service provider must ensure high uptime and technical support throughout the contract period. Bidders must submit their electronic bids via the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk) by 06 November 2026 at 11:00 AM. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of Director (C&P)/NCC, Tarbela Dam Project, in the presence of bidders' representatives. A bid security of PKR 60,000 in the form of a CDR favoring the General Manager & PD Tarbela Dam Project (WAPDA) is mandatory. Interested bidders should ensure compliance with all eligibility criteria including PEC registration and FBR ATL status. Timely submission through the EPADS portal is critical to avoid disqualification.
