Pakistan State Oil Company Limited Karachi invites sealed E-Bids through SAP Ariba from eligible contractors with adequate past relevant experience and financial capabilities for multiple tenders including supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical and civil works at various PSO locations in Karachi. Items being procured: - Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 11kV Incoming MV Panel at PSO Keamari Terminal A - Rehabilitation of Existing Building at PSO-87 Sindh Fs, Karachi Division - Replacement of Pavers at PSO S/S 02, CORO site, JSL Division - Supply of Fire Buckets with Stand at PSO Central Store-KTB - Procurement of Firefighting Pumps and Flow Meter for PSO EJHD, Karachi Aviation Station - Procurement of Grease for One Year Requirement - Supply of Hydraulic Hoist at PSO Central Store, Keamari Terminal (KT-B) for PSO Retail Outlets - Upgradation of Firefighting System at EJHD, Karachi Aviation - Transportation of BESS and Civil & Electrical Works at Shikarpur Terminal of PSO - Dismantling and Disposal of Fire Water Tank at Keamari Terminal B Installation - Disposal of MS Scrap at Sialkot Airport The scope covers electrical, mechanical, civil, and firefighting system works at PSO facilities in Karachi and Sialkot. Contractors must have valid PEC C-6 certificates for relevant tenders and demonstrate experience in similar projects. Financial and technical bids will be submitted through SAP Ariba portal only. Bid document collection and submission is from 17 August 2026 to 01 September 2026, with bid submission deadline on 01 September 2026 at 2:15 PM. Bid opening will be on 01 September 2026 at 3:00 PM onwards via SAP Ariba. Pre-qualification notices for Microsoft licenses, storage installation at PSO House, and signage branding are also available through SAP Ariba.
