Supply, Installation, Termination and Testing of Electric Distribution Board for Old and Annex Buildings at SBP BSC Faisalabad

The State Bank of Pakistan Banking Services Corporation (SBP BSC) Faisalabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply, installation, termination, and testing of an Electric Distribution Board (DB) for the old and annex buildings located at M.A Jinnah Road, Faisalabad City, Faisalabad District, Punjab. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be executed under a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Supply of Outdoor type Electric Distribution Board with IP rating 55, wall mounted, finished 16 SWG MS sheet, powder coated paint RAL 7032, including 400 Amp fixed type TP MCCB, 5 Nos. 100 Amp fixed type TP MCCB, 3 Nos. 10A SP MCB, internal wiring, breakers, safety plates, lugs, glands, and all accessories - Installation, termination, testing and commissioning of the above DB at designated location - Supply, laying and termination of 4 core 16 mm² Copper/PVC/PVC cable (make Fast or approved equivalent) laid in 2-inch diameter PVC conduit, surface mounted or underground as per site requirements, quantity 60 meters - Supply and installation of a 16-gauge MS sheet shade, powder coated, measuring 3 ft × 4 ft, above the proposed DB to protect from rainwater and thunderstorms The scope includes dismantling of existing DB, fabrication, and fixing of MS sheet shade, and all related electrical works. The work shall be completed within 120 days from the commencement date. Bidders must be registered with NADRA, FBR (NTN and GSTN), and relevant provincial revenue authorities. Bid security of PKR 24,000 in the form of Pay Order is required. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 portal before 03:00 PM on November 6, 2026, with original bid security submitted physically at the SBP BSC Faisalabad office. Technical eligibility requires bidders to have completed at least two similar projects of minimum PKR 600,000 each in the last five years and demonstrate financial capability with audited statements or bank credit line. The contract will be awarded to the lowest evaluated responsive bidder. Performance guarantee is not required for this contract. Bidders are advised to carefully review the detailed technical specifications, including compliance with IEC and BS standards for cables and switchgear, and submit all required documentation including technical data sheets and type test certificates. The work will be inspected and tested by the procuring agency.
