Tender Description
Punjab Cattle Market Management & Development Company-Lahore Division invites technical and financial proposals for the supply and installation of UPS at the CCTV Surveillance Room of Model Cattle Market (MCM) Lahore. The procurement is conducted under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using the Single Stage-Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) from registered companies or firms.
Items being procured:
- Supply and installation of UPS at the CCTV Surveillance Room of MCM Lahore
The detailed scope includes providing a reliable UPS system to ensure uninterrupted power supply for the CCTV surveillance room, enhancing security and operational efficiency. The site is located at the Model Cattle Market in Lahore. Bidders must ensure compliance with all technical specifications as detailed in the bidding documents.
Eligibility criteria include valid registration certificates for Income Tax (NTN) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) Sales Tax. A 5% bid security of the estimated cost must be submitted via link, bank guarantee, or digitally through the e-Procurement portal before the deadline. Incomplete proposals will not be considered. The bid validity period is 90 days from the submission deadline.
Technical bids will be opened on August 25, 2026, at 11:30 AM in the presence of the procurement committee and authorized bidders or their representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened later on a date to be announced.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure all required documents are signed and stamped. Manual bids are not accepted. The issuance of work orders and procurement is subject to budget approval.
