Supply of IT and Electronics Equipment including Desktop PCs, UPS, Function Generator, Oscilloscope, STM Board, Multimeters, IC Testers, SDR Kits

The National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST), School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (SEECS) Islamabad invites sealed quotations through e-PADS e-submission from reputed firms registered with PPRA for E-Procurement on e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS). Bidders must be shown in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR for supply of IT and Electronics Equipment including Desktop PCs (Branded and customized), UPS, Function Generator, Oscilloscope, STM Board, Multimeters, IC Testers, SDR Kits etc. Items being procured: - Desktop PCs (Branded and customized) - UPS - Function Generator - Oscilloscope - STM Board - Multimeters - IC Testers - SDR Kits Detailed specifications and other requirements can be obtained from the published tender at PPRA ePADS 2.0. All e-bids must be submitted through e-PADS 2.0. Manual submission without e-PADS will not be accepted or entertained. A bank draft or pay order of Rs. 5,000/- as e-submission processing fee must be provided in person or through courier. No bid shall be accepted without this fee. Bids must be submitted as per procedure and requirement defined in the published tender at ePADS 2.0 before the deadline of 28.10.2026 at 10:30 hrs. Bids submitted through e-PADS 2.0 shall be opened on the same day at 1100 hrs in Conference Room SEECS, NUST Campus, Sector H-12, Islamabad in the presence of bidders who may choose to attend the bid opening meeting. Bidders are advised to ensure their registration on e-PADS and timely submission of bids to avoid last-minute technical issues. Strict adherence to the submission deadline is mandatory to avoid disqualification.
