Air University Islamabad invites sealed tenders based on single stage two envelopes bidding procedure for the procurement of IT equipment, data center infrastructure, data backup & recovery solutions, cyber security tools and software for the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) at Air University Islamabad. Items being procured: - IT Equipment - Data Center Infrastructure - Data Backup & Recovery Solutions - Cyber Security Tools - Software for NCSA The scope includes supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the above items at Air University Islamabad. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards as per tender documents. Tender documents can be obtained from Air University starting 08 October 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 3,000 each. Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal before 27 October 2026 at 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. Air University reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals prior to acceptance or cancel the tendering process under PPRA Rule 33. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, relevant PEC categories if applicable, and submission of earnest money as specified in the tender documents.
