Pakistan Television Corporation Limited invites sealed bids from well reputed firms including original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and general order suppliers for the supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery, IT Equipment, Computer Hardware, Software, Engineering, Production and Miscellaneous store items, as well as Furniture & Fixture items. These supplies are intended for PTV Headquarters Office, PTV News/Pakistan TV/ETV Centre (PTV Home), PTV Sports, PTV Global, PTV Drama & Film Academy, all provincial centres including Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Peshawar, Multan, Muzaffarabad, and Re-broadcast Stations (RBSs) for the Financial Year 2026-2027 on an as and when required basis. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - IT Equipment - Computer Hardware - Software - Engineering items - Production items - Miscellaneous store items - Furniture & Fixture items The scope covers a wide range of materials and equipment to support the operational and production needs of PTV across multiple locations. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, possess a valid National Tax Number, and be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Compliance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is mandatory. Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions from the office of the Head of Procurement on any working day upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs.15,000/- via Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTVC). Only bids submitted after payment of this fee will be entertained. The bids, prepared in accordance with the bidding documents, must reach the office of the undersigned through EPADS-2.0 on or before September 10, 2026 till 3:00 pm. Bids will be opened the same day at 3:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
