Supply of Store Items, Parts and Repair Services for Communication & Works Department Lahore FY 2026-27

The Communication & Works Department Punjab Lahore invites sealed tenders from registered firms with Sales Tax Department and professional Tax Number for the supply of store items, parts, and provision of repair services related to repair works on wholesale and retail basis for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Office Stationary - Printing & Publication - Hot & Cold Weather Charges - POL / Mobil Oil - Transportation of Goods - Conference & Seminar - Fairs Exhibition & National Celebration - Uniform - Cost of Other Store - Computer Stationary - Others - Entertainment & Gift - Machinery & Equipment - Hardware & Software Repair - I.T Repair - Furniture & Fixture - Transport The tender is divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers Operating Expenses with an estimated budget of Rs. 93.465 Million, Lot 2 covers Repair & Maintenance of Machinery & Equipment, Hardware/Software, IT and Furniture & Fixture with an estimated budget of Rs. 8.807 Million, and Lot 3 covers Transport with an estimated budget of Rs. 20.000 Million. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of 5% of the estimated cost of each lot is required as earnest money. The scope includes supply and repair services for various office and operational items, machinery, IT equipment, furniture, and transport services to support departmental functions. Firms must be registered with FBR and have relevant experience. The tenders will be opened on 07 September 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Communication & Works Department office near Old Anarkali, Lahore. Bidders should ensure timely submission of bids along with the required earnest money from any scheduled bank. Payment will be made only on Sales Tax Invoice and applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under PPRA Rules 2014.
