Pakistan Television Corporation Limited invites sealed bids from well reputed firms including original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and general order suppliers for the supply of Stationery, Computer Stationery, IT Equipment, Computer Hardware, Software, Engineering, Production and Miscellaneous store items, as well as Furniture & Fixture items. These supplies are required for PTV Headquarters Office, PTV News, Pakistan TV/ETV Centre (PTV Home), PTV Sports, PTV Global, PTV Drama & Film Academy, all Provincial Centres including Karachi, Quetta, Lahore, Peshawar, Multan, Muzaffarabad, and Rebroadcast Stations (RBSs) for the Financial Year 2026-2027 and on an as-needed basis. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - IT Equipment - Computer Hardware - Software - Engineering items - Production items - Miscellaneous store items - Furniture & Fixture items The scope covers supply to multiple locations including major cities and provincial centers, ensuring availability of quality materials for PTV operations nationwide. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold a valid National Tax Number, and be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Compliance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is mandatory. Interested eligible bidders may purchase a complete set of bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions from the office of the undersigned on any working day upon submission of a written application after publication of this notice. The cost of bidding documents is Rs. 15,000/- (non-refundable) payable through Pay Order or Bank Draft in favor of Pakistan Television Corporation Limited (PTVC). Only bids submitted after payment of the bid document fee will be entertained. The bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS-2.0 on or before September 10, 2026, by 3:00 pm. The bids will be opened the same day at 3:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
