The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (Information and Broadcasting Division) Islamabad invites sealed bids from well reputed firms including original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and general order suppliers for the supply of various office and IT related items. This procurement is specifically for the Ministry/Division, IP Wing, EP Wing, and the office of the Press Registrar along with MRC, all located in Islamabad. Items being procured: - Stationery - Computer Stationery - IT Equipment - Computer Hardware - Software - Miscellaneous store items - Furniture & fixture items The scope covers supply of these items to the Ministry’s offices, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications. Firms must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold a valid National Tax Number, and be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Compliance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is mandatory. Interested bidders may purchase the complete set of bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions from the office of the undersigned on any working day upon submission of a written application and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 20,000. Only bids submitted after payment of this fee will be entertained. The bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents and reach the office of the undersigned (EPADS) on or before 21-11-2023 by 11:30 pm. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 pm in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
