Supply of IT Equipment for School Education Department Gilgit-Baltistan

The Directorate of Education Gilgit-Baltistan invites qualified suppliers to provide IT equipment for the School Education Department in Gilgit. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the technological infrastructure within the education sector of Gilgit-Baltistan, ensuring modern facilities for schools under the department. The supplier must be registered with SECP/Form C or any government body and maintain an outlet or showroom in Gilgit-Baltistan. The tender document is available from the office of the Director Education (Planning), Directorate of Education Gilgit, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000 at the Treasury. Eligibility criteria require bidders to submit an original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to Rs. 160,000 equal to 2% of the total bid amount. The CDR must be attached with the Technical Bid; failure to do so will result in disqualification. Successful bidders must also submit a 10% performance security within 7 days of bid acceptance.
